Cancellation Policy

ShonJones Ministries, Inc. Mentor the Masses Mentorship This policy outlines the terms for registering and booking the Inner Healing, Identity & Prayer Program through ShonJones Ministries. 1. REGISTRATION & PAYMENT * All participants must complete online registration prior to attending the program. * Payment is required at the time of booking to secure a spot. (Payment plans are available) * Registration is not confirmed until payment and required forms are submitted. 2. CONSENT & FORMS Adult participants must complete a consent and acknowledgment form. * Youth participants must have a parent or guardian consent form on file before participation. 3. CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING Cancellations must be submitted in writing or through the booking platform. * Refunds are not guaranteed and may be subject to administrative fees. * ShonJones Ministries reserves the right to reschedule sessions if necessary. 4. ATTENDANCE & PARTICIPATION Booking confirms intent to attend all scheduled sessions. * Missed sessions may not be refunded or rescheduled. 5. PROGRAM SCOPE DISCLAIMER This is a faith-based discipleship and spiritual growth program. It is not therapy, counseling, or medical treatment. 6. RIGHT TO REFUSE OR REMOVE ShonJones Ministries reserves the right to refuse service or remove participants whose behavior violates program policies or compromises the safety of others.
